Wig Rescue RX Affiliate Terms & Conditions

These Affiliate Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern participation in the Wig Rescue RX Insider Program (the "Program"), operated by Wig Rescue RX ("we," "us," or "the Company"). By applying to and participating in the Program, you ("Insider," "you," or "affiliate") agree to these Terms.

1. Overview

These Terms govern participation in the Program, which lets approved creators earn commission by referring customers to Wig Rescue RX products through Shopify Collabs. Wig Rescue RX is a luxury fiber restoration system developed using professional wig manufacturing techniques. As an Insider you agree to represent it accurately as a three-step fiber restoration system and to follow the brand-language standards provided to you.

2. Product Scope

Wig Rescue RX products are designed exclusively for detached hair systems, including wigs, hair extensions, and hair bundles. They are not intended for direct application to the scalp and should never be marketed as hair-growth products, scalp treatments, medical treatments, or biological hair repair products.

As an Insider, you agree to represent the products only within this intended scope and to correct any audience misunderstanding about how and where the products are used.

3. Eligibility and Enrollment

Membership is by invitation and approval only. Submitting an application does not create an affiliate relationship, guarantee acceptance, or activate any commission. Every application is reviewed manually. We may accept or decline any applicant at our discretion.

To participate you must be at least 18 years old, have the legal capacity to enter this agreement, provide accurate application information, and maintain an audience and content consistent with a premium, respectful brand presence. An affiliate relationship begins only when we approve your application and you accept the Shopify Collabs invitation.

4. Commission

Approved Insiders earn 15% commission on qualifying sales of the four Program products (Acid Wash, Fiber Soak, Sealing Oil, and the Complete Trilogy Restoration System), tracked through Shopify Collabs.

A sale qualifies when it is placed through your tracked affiliate link or discount code, completed and paid, attributed to you under the attribution window in Section 6, and not later canceled, refunded, charged back, or found to be fraudulent. Commission is calculated on the product subtotal attributable to your referral, excluding taxes, shipping, and any other fees.

5. Customer Discount

Your assigned code gives your audience 10% off all four Program products. This customer discount does not stack with other discounts or promotions. The discount does not reduce your commission rate but applies to the price the customer pays.

6. Attribution and Payment

Attribution window: 30 days. A qualifying purchase is credited to you when the customer buys within 30 days of engaging your tracked link or code, per Shopify Collabs tracking.

Commission hold: 14 days. Approved commissions are held for 14 days after the order to account for returns, cancellations, and chargebacks before becoming payable.

Payment: Commissions are tracked and paid through Shopify Collabs according to its payout schedule and requirements. You are responsible for maintaining accurate payout details in Shopify Collabs and for any taxes owed on your earnings. We are not responsible for payout delays caused by incomplete or inaccurate payout information.

Shipping: Customers pay their own shipping. Shipping charges are not commissionable.

7. FTC Disclosure and Advertising Standards

You must clearly and conspicuously disclose your paid or commissioned relationship with Wig Rescue RX on every post, video, story, or other content that promotes our products, consistent with the U.S. Federal Trade Commission's endorsement guidelines and any applicable law in your jurisdiction.

You agree to represent the products truthfully and to make no false, misleading, exaggerated, or unsupported claims about performance or results.

Brand-language compliance. Wig Rescue RX is a luxury fiber restoration system developed using professional wig manufacturing techniques, not a conventional haircare line. You must not describe or market the products as any of the following:

  • shampoo
  • conditioner
  • conditioning treatment
  • conditioning bath
  • deep conditioner
  • hair repair treatment
  • hair repair system
  • biological hair restoration
  • hair regrowth treatment
  • scalp treatment
  • medical treatment

You must always use the approved Wig Rescue RX brand language. Approved terminology includes, where appropriate:

  • Fiber Restoration System
  • Immersion Restoration Treatment
  • Fiber Immersion Technology
  • Fiber Renewal Treatment
  • Protective Layer
  • Protective Sealing Technology
  • Preparation Wash
  • Preparation Technology

All affiliates must follow the official Wig Rescue RX Creator Guidelines and Brand Standards provided to them, which govern product descriptions, claims, and approved terminology across every channel.

8. Intellectual Property, Brand, and Content Use

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use our brand name, logo, approved images, and Program materials solely to promote Wig Rescue RX products during your active participation. You will use only current approved assets.

You may not:

  • manufacture, produce, or sell products under the Wig Rescue RX name
  • create brands, product lines, or marks that are confusingly similar to Wig Rescue RX
  • use Company trademarks, logos, or brand assets without authorization
  • alter, recolor, or modify official logos or brand marks
  • register domain names, social media accounts, or handles that include or imitate the Wig Rescue RX name
  • imply ownership of, or an official partnership beyond your Insider role in, the Wig Rescue RX brand

You may not bid on our brand terms in paid search unless we authorize it in writing. Content you create to promote the Program remains subject to these Terms, and we may request the removal of any content that misrepresents the brand or violates these Terms. All rights to our marks and materials revert to us when your participation ends.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to engage in spam or unsolicited bulk messaging; misleading, deceptive, or "fake review" promotion; self-referrals or fraudulent orders to generate commission; coupon-site or incentivized-traffic abuse; trademark bidding or cybersquatting; or any activity that is unlawful, harmful to customers, or damaging to the brand's reputation. Violations may result in withheld commissions and removal from the Program.

10. Public Directory and Data

We separate the private information in your application (used internally for review and communication) from the public profile information that may appear in our Insider directory. Public profile information is displayed only if you are approved and only if you consent. We handle your information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Approval, any public profile, and any Shopify Collabs invitation happen only after manual review.

11. Brand Reputation

Affiliates are expected to conduct themselves professionally while representing Wig Rescue RX. The Company reserves the right to suspend or terminate participation if an affiliate engages in conduct that, in the Company's reasonable judgment, could damage the reputation, integrity, goodwill, or public perception of the Wig Rescue RX brand.

12. Independent Relationship

You participate as an independent party, not an employee, agent, partner, or joint venturer of Wig Rescue RX. You have no authority to make commitments on our behalf. You are responsible for your own taxes, expenses, and compliance with the laws that apply to you.

13. Term, Termination, and Changes

Either party may end participation at any time, for any reason, with or without notice. On termination, your license to use our brand and materials ends and you will stop promoting the Program and remove Program materials on request. Commissions properly earned and payable before termination will be paid, subject to the hold period and to any adjustments for returns, chargebacks, or violations.

We may update these Terms or Program details (including commission and discount structures) from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through Shopify Collabs or the contact information you provide, and continued participation after a change means you accept the updated Terms.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Wig Rescue RX is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Program. Our total liability related to the Program is limited to the commissions payable to you.

15. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted under the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
