📦 Wig Rescue RX – Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. During product launches or sales, processing times may be slightly longer due to high order volume.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

• Standard Shipping (U.S.): 3–7 business days

• Express Shipping (U.S.): 2–3 business days

• Rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and shipping option selected.

Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for tracking information to update.

International Shipping
At this time, Wig Rescue RX ships only within the United States. We are working to expand internationally in the near future.

Lost or Delayed Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout. If your package is lost in transit, please contact the carrier directly with your tracking number. We will, however, assist in opening a claim if necessary.

Damaged Packages
If your product arrives damaged, please contact us within 3 days of delivery at support@wigrescuerx.com with your order number and photos of the damage. We will send a replacement at no additional cost.
